FEES

  • We are a direct fee for service practice.
  • Fees typically increase annually in January
  • Payment is due at time of appointment for therapy, and a deposit  is required for assessment bookings (this fee is applied to the cost of the assessment service if it is not cancelled or post-poned without sufficient notice)
  • During COVID 19 we are accepting etransfer and bank certified cheques only. We do not accept cash, debit or credit card payment.
  • Therapy intake and treatment sessions are billed at a standard hourly rate  (some sessions may exceed this time and will be billed accordingly)
  • 24 hours notice is required for cancelling therapy intake and treatment sessions, otherwise the full fee for the time booked will be billed. Future sessions cannot be booked until payment is received for the late cancellation
  • Fees for assessments are billed at a standard hourly rate
  • 72 hours notice is required for cancelling assessment sessions,  otherwise a fee equal to the full assessment quoted rate/hours will be billed
  • Fees are based on guidelines from the College of Psychologists, and national trends within the profession
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that your private insurer will reimburse you for any of our fees
